Description
The bacterium Pseudomonas savastanoi pv. nerii is a causal agent of parenchymatous galls on leaves of oleander plants. Yellow spots are often present. There can be some small round galls (knots, outgrowths) on upper side of leaves surface. P. savastanoi prefer warmer climates. It can be a serious pest in the production of potted oleander plants.
