Description

It is a powdery mildew introduced to Europe from North America at the end of the 1990´s. White coatings of the mycelium can be found on the upper as well as the lower side of both young and older leaves. The epidemic has been found in many European countreis including Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Slovakia, Hungary and others.
