Description
Cladius pectinicornis, is a common sawfly found in Europe. It is one of the most frequently recorded members of the Nematinae family, though it is often confused with Cladius difformis, which is now considered a synonym. The adult sawfly is black wasps. Larvae feed on roses, strawberries, and greater burnet. They go through several generations a year. Adults are on the wings from May to September.
